Her recipe seems simple: »I've mostly listened to my gut feeling.« But of course, it takes much more than that to work your way up to the top of the world as an artist. Veronika Eberle is now at home there. In Cologne, she will perform Béla Bartók's First Violin Concerto, which stands for new beginnings and innovation and musically processes his early infatuation with a violinist. The Luxembourg Philharmonic under Martin Rajna will frame the Bartók concerto with symphonic works by György Kurtág and Gustav Mahler.
