für die Kölner Philharmonie/ KölnMusik in Vollzeit/ Teilzeit
Folgende Aufgabengebiete erwarten Sie von ihrer Position:
- Eigenverantwortliche Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen im elektronischen Workflow-System
- Erstellung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Kassen- und Bankbuchung
- Zahlungsverkehrswesen
- Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Vorbereitung der USt-Voranmeldungen
- Laufende Stammdaten- und Kontenpflege
- Optimierung der Prozessabläufe im Rechnungswesen
Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Steuerfachangestellte
- Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse inkl. Unternehmen-Online
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Eigenverantwortliche und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse

Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik
Wir suchen eine
Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik (m/w/d)
für die Kölner Philharmonie in Vollzeit/ Teilzeit.
Die Hauptaufgaben dieser Position sind:
- Auf-/Abbau, Bedienung und Betreuung der ton- und lichttechnischen Anlagen
- sowie der Bühnentechnik
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung von Gastveranstaltungen
- Eigenständiges Erarbeiten und Realisieren von Beleuchtungskonzepten
- Instandhaltung und Wartung des technischen Equipments
- Beachtung sicherheitsrelevanter Vorschriften, Regeln und spezifischer Verordnungen
Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik. (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Beleuchtung)
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Hohe Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Abenddienst
- Handwerkliche Fähigkeiten

Foyer team
We are looking for students to join the foyer team (autumn 2026)
The Kölner Philharmonie has been one of the most internationally renowned concert halls since 1986. We are looking for student employees who are enthusiastic about serving our guests and enjoy music.
The members of our foyer team are the first point of contact for our concertgoers and should always be courteous and helpful. We expect a well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and a friendly demeanour. The strong service ethos of our organisation should be a matter close to the hearts of our employees. A good knowledge of German and English is required.
As a member of the foyer team, you will be involved in all areas of audience services, in particular ticket checking, cloakroom service and seating arrangements. Depending on the needs of the venue, working hours can be up to twenty hours per week, with the majority of shifts taking place in the evenings and at weekends. We require you to be available to work outside these hours. Foyer team members are hired for a period of up to two years and are remunerated on the basis of the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD) with the associated supplements and benefits.
