Redakteur:in im Team Marketing & Kommunikation
Wir suchen zum 1. September 2026 oder früher eine:n Redakteur:in im Team Marketing & Kommunikation in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche).
Wir sind eine kulturelle Institution mit einem vielseitigen musikalischen Programm und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die das Team Marketing & Kommunikation als Redakteur:in bereichert. In dieser Rolle prägen Sie Sprache und Tonfall unserer Kommunikation maßgeblich. Sie identifizieren die prägenden Geschichten der Kölner Philharmonie, unserer Künstler:innen sowie Konzerte und machen sie für unser Publikum erlebbar.
Zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehören:
- Verfassen von Texten und redaktionellen Inhalten für diverse Kommunikationskanäle
- Redaktionelle Mitarbeit bei den regelmäßigen Printprodukten
- Lektorat und sprachliche Qualitätssicherung
- Führen von Interviews mit Künstler:innen, Schreiben von Reportagen, Essays, Biographien und Hintergrundgeschichten
- Mitarbeit am Themen- und Redaktionsplan unserer Newsletter in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Sales & Digital Development
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von monatlichen Tageskalendern
Wir wünschen uns von dir:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikations-, Kultur- und Musikwissenschaften, Journalismus oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Exzellentes Sprachgefühl, um komplexe Sachverhalte präzise, zielgruppengerecht und stilistisch einwandfrei aufzubereiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der klassischen Musik, ihrer Werke sowie der prägenden Interpret:innen
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und Newsletter-Tools
- Organisationsgeschick sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Kultur, Musik und Veranstaltungsbetrieb
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

Foyer team
We are looking for students to join the foyer team (autumn 2026)
The Kölner Philharmonie has been one of the most internationally renowned concert halls since 1986. We are looking for student employees who are enthusiastic about serving our guests and enjoy music.
The members of our foyer team are the first point of contact for our concertgoers and should always be courteous and helpful. We expect a well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and a friendly demeanour. The strong service ethos of our organisation should be a matter close to the hearts of our employees. A good knowledge of German and English is required.
As a member of the foyer team, you will be involved in all areas of audience services, in particular ticket checking, cloakroom service and seating arrangements. Depending on the needs of the venue, working hours can be up to twenty hours per week, with the majority of shifts taking place in the evenings and at weekends. We require you to be available to work outside these hours. Foyer team members are hired for a period of up to two years and are remunerated on the basis of the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD) with the associated supplements and benefits.
