You can order your gift voucher conveniently online – either as a print@home voucher (sent to you via email as a PDF) or by postal delivery.
Vouchers are also available in person at our box office:
Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz / corner of Bechergasse (opposite the Kölner Philharmonie).
Redeem a voucher
Gift vouchers are valid for three years and can be redeemed:
- via our website*
- via the Kölner Philharmonie ticket hotline*
- at the box office at Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz
* Please note: The voucher cannot be redeemed online or by telephone for concerts by the Gürzenich-Orchester Köln or the Westdeutsche Konzertdirektion – in this case, please purchase tickets at the box office on site.
