You can order your gift voucher conveniently online – either as a print@home voucher (sent to you via email as a PDF) or by postal delivery.
Vouchers are also available in person at our box office:
Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz / corner of Bechergasse (opposite the Kölner Philharmonie).
Redeem a voucher
Gift vouchers are valid for three years and can be redeemed:
- via our website*
- via the Kölner Philharmonie ticket hotline*
- at the box office at Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz
* Please note: Due to technical reasons, vouchers for concerts by the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne and the Westdeutsche Konzertdirektion can only be redeemed in person at the box office.
