Bachs Weihnachtsoratorium für die ganze Familie
Rejoice and be glad – Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, retold in a fresh and new way and condensed to around an hour. Costumes and props bring the production to life, appealing to young and old alike.
As the narrator, Matthias Jahrmärker – alias Josef – guides us through the story with subtle humour. Two young, enthusiastic ensembles and selected soloists shed new light on Bach’s unique work. Thus, the Christmas Oratorio becomes an intense new experience.
