Hallelujah – Handel's Messiah

Handel's »Messiah« was already billed as »grand musical entertainment« at its premiere in Dublin: rousing choruses, including the famous »Hallelujah,« and catchy arias continue to captivate audiences to this day. At the podium is British conductor Jonathan Cohen, a proven expert in Baroque music. With his keen sense for the beauty of this oratorio, he creates both festive grandeur and personal devotion.
