The Constellation Choir & Orchestra | John Eliot Gardiner

Sir John Eliot Gardiner has performed all of Bach's cantatas during his conducting career, travelling far and wide across Europe's churches to do so. He presents a hand-picked selection of cantatas in this concert with his recently founded The Constellation Choir & Orchestra.

Sir John Eliot Gardiner once said that if he ever went to heaven and did not meet Bach there, he would not want to be there at all. May he remain on earth for a long time to come and delight us with his interpretations of Bach! He founded The Constellation Choir and The Constellation Orchestra in September 2024. With them, Gardiner, a pioneer of original sound, is really taking off again when it comes to conveying the supernatural beauty of Bach's cantatas to his audience.
