Dense treetops rustle in the wind, silk flowers shine in colourful splendour and leaves float around: in its programme »BlätterWerke« (Leaf Works), the ensemble ♯kreuzvier reflects the diversity of nature in works from different musical cultures, which are brought to life instrumentally and vocally and combined into a complete work. 

With an unusually wide range of timbres, instruments and musical styles, Clara Flaksman, Jacques Wery and Johanna Risse set leaves of all kinds to music and invite their audience to listen and participate. Through innovative creative ideas, the musicians succeed in captivating their audience and musically transforming the Veedel venues into a green oasis.
