The start of advance sales is indicated in the respective concert descriptions and in our publications. All prices include sales and service charges.

The box office at Kurt-Hackenberg-Platz/corner of Bechergasse, 50667 Cologne (opposite the Kölner Philharmonie) opens on all concert days (including Sundays and public holidays) two hours before the concert begins.

Please note: Only card payment is possible at the box office (giro and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay).

For concerts and subscriptions to KölnMusik, school pupils, students and trainees under the age of 29, severely disabled persons and KölnPass holders generally receive a 25% discount.

Please note: Even small children require a ticket; there are no free lap seats.

The accompanying person of a severely disabled person (mark ‘B’) receives a 50% discount. The accompanying person of a wheelchair user receives free admission.

Proof of eligibility for a discount must be presented at the entrance without being asked.

Different discounts and regulations may apply to partner events.

You can check the availability of standing room tickets in the ticket information for the respective concert by clicking on the »Tickets« button.

A maximum of two tickets can be issued per person. Advance bookings are not possible.

Standing room tickets only entitle the holder to access the standing room area.

The availability of standing room tickets depends on the respective concert organiser. 

At the box office, you can pay with Girocard, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

In the online shop, direct debit, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal are available as payment methods.

Payments can be made by direct debit or with the aforementioned credit cards via the Philharmonie hotline.

All tickets for concerts at the Kölner Philharmonie include free travel on the Rhein-Sieg transport network four hours before and after the concert.

This also applies to eTickets. Please obtain a free public transport combination ticket in advance for your journey on the VRS, which will be personalised for the passenger. The non-personalised eTicket alone is not recognised as a valid ticket by the VRS.

We offer an electronic ticket for all concerts in the Kölner Philharmonie: the eTicket.

When you book an eTicket, you will receive one wallet ticket per booked seat and one barcode per booked seat for admission with your smartphone.

If you prefer to print out your eTicket, your order confirmation will also contain a PDF attachment with a print@home ticket.

As a person with a severe disability, you receive a 25% discount on almost all concerts.

Please note: Only one price reduction can be claimed at a time. Proof of eligibility for the reduction must be presented at the entrance without being asked.

You can also visit the Philharmonie with an assistance dog. However, seating options are limited. Please contact karten@koelnmusik.de when purchasing tickets to reserve a suitable seat with enough space for your four-legged friend.

On the day of the concert, our foyer team will be happy to assist you. After entering the venue, please go to the information desk on the left in the foyer.

You can purchase gift vouchers online, calling our contact center +49 221 280 280 and at our box offices.

Tickets for events at the Kölner Philharmonie cannot be returned or exchanged. You can pass on tickets to friends or acquaintances. Discounted tickets can be upgraded to normal price at the box office against payment of the difference.
