Information on travelling to the Kölner Philharmonie on Saturday, 31 October 2026
On Saturday, 31 October 2026 traffic disruption is expected from midday through to the evening due to a meeting of the group »GenZ regelt«. The area around Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer, near the Bastei, will be particularly affected, as may other main roads in the city centre.
According to the Cologne police, around 15,000 participants are expected. The rally is expected to begin at 2 pm. It is not yet clear whether a march towards the city centre will follow. Road closures and disruption to tram and bus services are also possible.
Visitors to the Cologne Philharmonie are asked to bear this in mind when travelling to the venue and to allow plenty of time.
The Cologne Police will publish up-to-date information on any potential disruption via their official social media channels on the day of the event.
