»Smells like KiWi Spirit«

Songs, lyrics and texts with Jan ‘Monchi’ Gorkow, Hauke Segert (Feine Sahne Fischfilet), Frank Schätzing and Thees Uhlmann. Special guest: Mieze (MiA.)
They exist, these wonderfully double talented individuals. Authors who make music. Musicians who write books. Kiepenheuer & Witsch is a publishing house that celebrates both: sound and words, pop and literature.
Thees Uhlmann, Jan Monchi Gorkow, Hauke Segert (Feine Sahne Fischfilet) and Frank Schätzing take to the stage – reading from their books, playing a few songs and explaining why music is sometimes the only thing that works. In his lyrics, Thees Uhlmann encounters death and the Toten Hosen, Frank Schätzing flies into space with David Bowie (»Spaceboy«) and Monchi talks about what happens when you're full – or not (»Niemals satt«). Special guest Mieze (MIA.) plays old and new songs (»Dafür oder dagegen«).
It's going to be loud, honest, beautiful – an evening between pogo romance and poetry.
