#round3 – SANFTE ARBEIT

The SANFTE ARBEIT ensemble develops dance-based, interdisciplinary performances that explore varying degrees of intimacy with the audience through language, sound and movement. In collaboration with Annie Bloch, they create productions that lie somewhere between dance and radio drama.

Johanna Klein combines acoustic and electronic sounds to create multi-layered soundscapes that span ambient, experimental music and free improvisation. In »Life After Love«, SANFTE ARBEIT – under the musical direction of Annie Bloch and in collaboration with Johanna Klein – seeks to set to music post-Romantic relationships of care and longings. The project is being created as part of the Beethovenfest Bonn 2026.
