Schlurfi the Snail’s garden fence desperately needs a fresh coat of paint. It’s high time to go harvest some blue paint in the Blackberry Glade. Together with his friends Karl the Beetle and Hui the Bumblebee, he sets off on an adventurous outing. They pass cheeky trout, an excited chorus of frogs, and a thrilling ant race. If only they hadn’t lost track of time in all the excitement of their outing. How are the three of them supposed to find their way home through the darkness now? Can the nightingale help?

Nadja Karasjew narrates the story. The music is by Hajo Wiesemann, who brings it to life on the piano, accompanied by clarinet, violin, and cello.
