The Kölner Männer-Gesang-Verein has something special in store, presenting sacred works by operetta composers. A particular treat and highlight of the programme is Franz von Suppè's rarely performed Missa Dalmatica, which is seldom heard today. The KMGV presents this exciting facet of composers who did not limit their musical talents to the so-called light music genre.
