Elke Heidenreich »Neulich im Himmel«

The writer and literary educator Elke Heidenreich will be appearing alongside pianist Marc-Aurel Floros with her latest programme, ‘Neulich im Himmel’. The evening combines literature and music to take the audience on a varied journey through Heidenreich’s narrative work. 

To mark Elke Heidenreich’s 80th birthday, Fischer Verlag published a selection of her finest stories under the title *Neulich im Himmel* – a cross-section spanning three decades of her literary career. Drawing from this rich collection, Elke Heidenreich reads stories that move, surprise and bring a smile to the reader’s face: funny and serious, true and fictional tales that tell of life, encounters and the big and small moments of everyday life. The evening is accompanied musically by Marc-Aurel Floros.
