Christmas at the Movies

A boy home alone, snow at Hogwarts or a grim Grinch, accompanied by music that lingers in your ears long afterwards: for many, Christmas begins at the cinema. This year, the WDR Funkhausorchester will be performing the soundtracks of the most popular Christmas films live – from »Home Alone« to »The Polar Express«, from »Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella« to »Love Actually«, familiar scenes will come to life again in the concert hall. We celebrate the spirit of Christmas with festive sounds and a wink – because for many, Die Hard is also a Christmas classic... Ho, ho, Hollywood Christmas!
