eResponse 2027

A composition project

In the ‘eResponse’ project, pupils compose their own pieces of music over a period of around four months. It does not matter whether they already play an instrument or not. Everyday objects, (prepared) instruments and sounds are used in the process. They are supported by a creative team (including composer Thomas Taxus Beck). Inspiration is drawn from the programme of a selected concert at the Kölner Philharmonie, which the group will attend together to mark the end of the project. The resulting compositions will be presented at a closing event, to which family members, friends, teachers and anyone else interested are warmly invited. In addition, the pieces of music will be available for everyone to experience at a listening station during Family Day at the Kölner Philharmonie.

Mars and Moon

Der eResponse-Soundwalk führt zu fünf Stationen in der Kölner Innenstadt. An jeder Station sind Kompositionen zu erleben, die im Rahmen des Projekts eResponse 2026 entstanden sind.

Cost: €25 per pupil, including a concert ticket (discounts available for KölnPass holders)
