Round

Round - the concert series for experimental pop and electronic music at the Kölner Philharmonie - is an adventure for the senses. Between experimental pop, electronic avant-garde, ambient and sound art, worlds of sound are created here that surprise and move. Here, electronic innovations meet avant-garde sounds, ambient meets sound art, new improvisation meets scenic performances. 

The series creates a space for musical experiments in which young artists explore boundaries and established acts develop their visions. It remains to be seen which musicians will be performing in the coming season - but one thing is certain: Round stands for unique evenings full of innovation, atmosphere and sonic intensity.

The series is curated by Tobias Thomas and Thomas Meckel in collaboration with KölnMusik.
