Children's concerts at the KölnerPhilharmonie invite you to join in, marvel and discover: the Tiny Bridges ensemble tells stories behind well-known songs, actress Silvia Juliane Reichert whisks you away to a stormy »magic island«, and the duo Deniz & Ove mixes up children's song lyrics. The Ardemus Quartet accompanies penguins on a fantasy journey, while Malte Arkona alias Prof. Dr. Ohrenschmaus and the ÉRMA Ensemble conduct sound research with new music.
The programmes playfully guide listeners through eras and styles – from Händel to Grisey, from noise to music.
Also featured: the popular WDR Mouse Concerts and imaginative family programmes by the Gürzenich-Orchester Köln. Music history – child's play!
