School pupils, students and trainees under the age of 29 receive a 50 % discount on KölnMusik subscriptions. Severely disabled persons and KölnPass holders receive a 25 % discount. Accompanying persons of severely disabled persons (mark ‘B’) receive a 50 % discount.
Proof of eligibility for the discount must be presented at the entrance without being asked.

Are you unable to attend an event included in your subscription?  No problem. You can return a subscription concert date. In return, you will receive a Flex voucher for the proportionate value of the concert in relation to the total value of your subscription.

The return must be registered with the subscription service at least 14 days before the subscription concert date to be cancelled. After the return, you will receive a Flex voucher, which you can redeem flexibly until the end of the concert season for a ticket booking for a concert organised by KölnMusik.
