The tenor Jonathan Tetelman, born in Chile in 1988 and raised in the United States, completed his vocal studies in New York. Since then, he has appeared at leading international opera houses, including the Metropolitan Opera in New York, the Vienna State Opera, Covent Garden in London, and the Semperoper Dresden. Further engagements have taken him to the Salzburg Festival, Baden-Baden, and performances with the Berlin Philharmonic.
For his concert debut at the Cologne Philharmonie, Jonathan Tetelman presents a programme of selected tenor arias by Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Pietro Mascagni, and Georges Bizet. He is accompanied by the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie.
