Martha Argerich has internalised Robert Schumann's enthusiastic piano concerto particularly deeply over the course of her artistic career. Now she interprets it with Lahav Shani, whose extraordinary talent she recognised early on. The celebrated musician is still chief conductor of the Rotterdam Philharmonisch Orkest (before he soon takes over the Münchner Philharmoniker) and also explores Johannes Brahms' joyful and festive Second Symphony with his top Dutch ensemble.
