»Der Ring des Nibelungen« – Richard Wagner's opera tetralogy »Das Rheingold», »Die Walküre«, »Siegfried« and »Götterdämmerung« – is one of the heavyweights of opera history. At the Kölner Philharmonie, Concerto Köln and the Dresden Festival Orchestra, conducted by Kent Nagano, will perform the Ring in a historically informed manner as part of the Wagner Interpretations project. The first part, Das Rheingold, the eve of the stage festival Der Ring des Nibelungen, can be experienced on 18 August 2023.
